Breaking borders.
The artwork is based on national flags, dismantled and put together in new variations of diversity. Home of the world is a permanent work that takes place in the Apennines at Oasy Contemporary Art in Tuscany, Italy, curator Emanuele Montibeller.
I was asked to contribute several flags to the artwork to be presented among David’s.
David Svensson is one of the most commissioned Swedish artists for public art projects. These are often large, technically advanced works that involve light and numerous collaborations with other experts for their execution.Read more about the artwork.
